In 2017...
In 2017...✨ I'm spending some time on the other side of the 🎥, to capture beauty and to write & produce stories that haven't yet been told, but need to be.
In 2017... ✨ I'm standing up. I'm saddened by the gender inequality in the boy's club that is Hollywood. I'm frustrated by how my female peers have been treated, and for what I've personally experienced. This year, I will not deal with any entity that makes me feel less than all that I am, because of my gender... or even my race.
In 2017... ✨I'm cultivating my public voice. I'm innately an introvert and it takes courage to put myself out there. Sometimes it feels forced and fake. But it's a part of my career and I'm passionate about my dreams, and I will do what is essential (these days), with integrity, to make those dreams come true.
✨ And this year, I hope to allow more of you into my world, with no fear of judgement or critique. I support your voice as well. I just want us all to be in this thing together.
✨Here is to 2017 - to supporting each other so we can all become the best versions of ourselves and make our dreams come true. Because that is what each of us deserve. Support, respect, and understanding.
